About the Job: Summary and Company Information
General Accountabilities
- Responsible for overseeing rehab administration duties in specified markets
- Initial set up of new projects in Salesforce and Asana
- Creates tasks and dispatches vendors at the beginning of each renovation or move out
- Dispatch home inspection repairs
- Oversee the invoice process
- Utility turn on's
- Coordinate rental inspections and rental registrations
- Communicates with vendors on job status throughout the renovation process when necessary
- Review and send move-out lists to investors
- Communicate with Customer Service Department on any investor needs
- Participate in weekly rental meeting
- Assist new vendors with completing application process.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Communication: strong typing, written and oral skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and also web-based software programs (Google Apps, Salesforce, ShareFile, Asana)
- Work independently and as a team, in a high stress, high pressure, fast paced environment
- Strong memory skills
- Extremely well organized with the ability to multi-task
