About the Job: Summary and Company Information

REI Nation Real Estate Services, LLC ("REI Nation") is growing in the Memphis market, and we are seeking licensed real estate agents who don’t need to be told what to do next.

The company offers a full range of real estate services and also provides turnkey solutions for individual real estate investors, including searching for potential rental properties, analyzing ROI and revenue potential, coordinating necessary renovations, finding reliable renters, and managing their properties.

Who We're Looking For

You're the agent who:

• Doesn’t hesitate when it's time to make your phone call.
• Follows up for a fifth time while others usually stop after two.
• Is familiar with your local market enough to discuss it without notes.
• Considers your venture a real business rather than a pastime with a license.
• Would rather be paid for having an awesome month than be paid for nothing at all.
• Arrives. On time. Even during a sluggish quarter.

Energy is what we all need. Not only that. We need the agent that can combine energy with persistence.

What You'll Do

• Create and nurture your own leads by means of prospecting, networking, referrals, and being active in the community.
• Help buyers and sellers get through the entire process from showings and offers to negotiations and closing the deal.
• Create and update your own list of clients.
• Carry out market analyses and price the houses correctly.
• Conduct open houses and represent the brand well in the community.
• Stock your pipeline when you are busy. That's the only time you will.

Requirements

• Active real estate license (affiliate broker) - or in process and testing soon
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone and laptop
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed by your clients
• In-person professional presence, telephone professional presence, and internet professional presence
• Self-discipline. No one is going to make your calendar for you.

Compensation

This position is entirely commission. Base salary and pay are non-existent. Being an independent contractor, you will have to pay for your own taxes, license fees, MLS and membership dues, and any other business costs.

Your pay is directly based on your work. Those agents who prospect effectively and maintain good pipeline management do really well here. Those agents who wait for the phone to ring don’t.

We will explain our entire compensation package and all of its parts during the interview process.
