About the Job: Summary and Company Information

Join the Memphis team of Premier Property Management Group as a Maintenance Coordinator and help provide management services on over 4,200 properties across Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi and Alabama.

General Accountabilities

  • Dispatch maintenance work orders for service properties to vendors.
  • Manage vendor(s) workload and hire maintenance vendors.
  • Manage residents expectations with work to be completed at the property.
  • Notify the owner of high expense repairs and gain approval.
  • Coordinate work with Vendors & Residents.
  • Responsible for the prompt, successful resolution of calls and questions from vendors, residents or owners regarding maintenance issues.
  • Monitor reports to ensure goals and deliverables are being met.
  • Process invoices
  • Proficient use of all software applications
